Job Title: Customer Escalation Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Customer Escalation Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving complex customer escalations, providing expert solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Escalaion Resolution: Resolve complex customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Expert Solutions: Provide expert solutions to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and prevent future escalations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer service, escalation management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
