Job Description:

Mines Officer/Sr.Officer - Vocational Training is a pivotal role within our organization.

  • A First Class Mining Certificate is mandatory for this position, ensuring candidates possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field.
  • Fluency in Telugu and Hindi Languages is also required, allowing effective communication with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of quarterly and annual returns as per Vocational Training Rules, 1966 ensures compliance and adherence to established guidelines.
  2. Candidate lists for initial/refresher training are prepared alongside imparting practical training, enhancing the learning experience.
  3. Training schedules are created to align with production plans, guaranteeing 100% training compliance without impacting production.
  4. Modules are developed as per MVTR-1966 standards, providing structured learning pathways.
  5. All forms and annexures are updated as per MVTR, along with other training records, maintaining accurate documentation.
  6. Responsibility lies in maintaining training records and submitting reports to the Chief Inspector of Mines or Regional Inspector of Mines at the end of each quarter/year.
  7. Ensuring 100% compliance with safety standards and recommendations related to specific areas is crucial.
  8. Active participation in safety training, safety sub-committees, standard champions meetings, and safety events fosters a culture of safety excellence.
  9. MIS reports are prepared and QCDIP & LCM are updated regularly.
  10. Familiarity with IMS and other system requirements is essential, along with understanding documents for non-conformities during internal and external audits or assessments.

The selected candidate will be based at Andhra Pradesh Cement Works, Tadipatri, focusing on vocational training and safety standards with a strong emphasis on quality delivery and performance.
