Renewable Energy Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service group, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers on our PCS/BESS products.

Your primary focus will be on product troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for managing spare parts inventory and tracking customer feedback. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of renewable energy systems and experience working with power distribution diagrams and user manuals. Additionally, you should be able to provide training and support to customers on our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCS/BESS products

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., electrical engineering, renewable energy)
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the renewable energy industry
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and power distribution diagrams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
