Global Security Operations Coordinator


About the Role:

The organization is seeking a highly skilled Global Security Operations Coordinator to join their 24/7 team. This role involves supporting the coordination of international travel security and risk mitigation projects, as well as creating standard operating procedures to ensure the highest level of safety and excellent reactions to urgent matters.

The company manages the travels of many Fortune 500 employees and c-executives around the world, providing them with security solutions to ensure safety and business continuity. The Global Security Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and controlling all ongoing missions, taking significant responsibility in their preparation.

This position requires strong logistical and operational understanding, profound communication skills, good client orientation, and excellent English language proficiency.

No technical expertise or research analysis background is necessary for this role. However, candidates must have the ability to take decisions in high-pressure situations, communicate effectively under fast-paced conditions, and work independently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and control travel operations and risk mitigation projects globally.
  • Communicate directly with teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders during emergencies and routine operations.
  • Understand, compile, and follow security procedures.
  • Document mission activities and update work management software.
  • Provide intra-shift briefs and exchange operational information.
  • Conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefings internally and externally.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and exercises to maintain GSOC proficiency.
  • Research and screen major global events affecting client interests.
  • Conduct after-action debriefs to identify best practices.
