Supply Chain Leader Job Description

We're looking for an exceptional Supply Chain Leader to oversee our procurement processes, driving efficiency and growth in our core functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Onboarding:
    • Forecast monthly supply onboardings from various channels based on historical data and seasonal trends
    • Assign leads efficiently to ensure quick onboarding and follow-up on all potential partners
  • Platform Experience:
    • Conduct regular surveys and VOPs to derive qualitative insights about user and partner pain points while onboarding
    • Identify common issues raised by new partners and streamline solutions
  • Team Management:
    • Manage a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes
    • Provide guidance, training, and performance management support to the team leads
  • Required Skills:
    • Advanced spreadsheet knowledge (Google Sheets or Excel)
    • Strong team management skills
    • Data analysis and handling
    • Analytical mindset
    • Operational rigor
