Our organization is looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution and coordination of an ongoing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) project in Panipat.
The ideal candidate will bring significant technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a strong background in mechanical construction related to water treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily site activities for the construction of WTP projects.
- Ensure timely execution of all mechanical works in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress.
- Review and approve drawings, work plans, and schedules.
- Lead project planning, progress monitoring, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and contract specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical site issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience in WTP projects is essential.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Able to handle large-scale project execution independently.
- Working knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
