The new role of Business Account Manager at Takeda will focus on promoting both Hematology and Genetic Diseases portfolios. This position will drive business agility by improving access to Takeda's innovative medicines, strengthening market presence, increasing share of voice for Genetic Disease and Hematology, and enhancing Standards of Care (SOC) for patients.
Through a synergistic approach, the Business Account Managers and Account Leaders will work together to drive demand generation, sales, and marketing promotion, as well as HCP engagement. The Regional Sales team will continue to work closely with market access and medical teams. Additionally, they will work closely with the Government Institution Business (GIB) team within the Commercial & Supply team.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of commercial goals in assigned territory
- Drive Hematology and GD brands volume and revenue as per assigned objectives
- Identify potential for new account/TC expansion in assigned territory
- MyPkfit & Prophy, GD patient acquisition forecast & achievement
- CCFT presentations & Account planning template
- Driving scientific engagement in the accounts
- Executing SFE & CPA metrics as per plan
- KOL engagement thru qualitative in-clinic discussions
- Planning & Execution of HCPs activities
- Drive recommendations for brands supporting entry in accounts
- Improve coverage of Cardiologist and ENTs in assigned TCs/COEs
- Develop state/national KOLs (Geneticist)
- Develop Medical colleges for LSD Tx
