Job Title

We are seeking a visionary Senior Engineering Manager to spearhead the development and scaling of our fintech platform. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for impactful financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, architect, and develop fintech products and platforms from start to finish.
  • Make technical decisions and ensure scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.
  • Mentor engineers, promoting innovation and collaboration within the team.
  • Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their applicability for our roadmap.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-10 years software development experience, with at least 2-3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, database design.
  • Fintech, payments, lending platforms, BFSI domain experience is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to manage, mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills.
