Job Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Technical Lead with a Payment and Fintech background to drive our global engineering team's development and delivery.

This role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and contribute to technical design and architecture.

  • Lead and mentor a global engineering team, providing guidance and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Establish technical standards and practices to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and workflows.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2-3 years in a management role.
  • Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as C#, Java, Scala, Go, etc.
  • A security-first mindset, with knowledge of common security concepts.
  • Understanding of crypto concepts, including blockchains and self-custody wallets.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make critical decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, cryptocurrency, APIs, and security.
  • Interest in crypto and fintech, including knowledge of blockchain technology and financial regulations.
