We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team. As a key member of the digital solutions group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining content management and collaboration platforms that support enterprise-wide business processes.

This role involves working with Akumina CMS and Microsoft SharePoint to create web-based solutions, customize SharePoint sites, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

You will also ensure seamless content migration and synchronization between Akumina CMS and SharePoint, implement security protocols, user permissions, and governance policies across both platforms, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS and SharePoint performance and functionality.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development, and expertise in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and PowerShell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop web-based solutions using Akumina CMS and SharePoint Online/Server.
  • Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts to integrate with Akumina CMS.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure seamless content migration and synchronization between Akumina CMS and SharePoint.
  • Implement security protocols, user permissions, and governance policies across both platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS and SharePoint performance and functionality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online, 2016/2019).
  • Experience working with Akumina CMS.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions.
  • Experience with integrating third-party systems into SharePoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
