Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop overarching marketing plans and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and PR agencies.
  2. Lead the last-mile execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  3. Oversee brand integrations, partnerships, and collaborations, leveraging your expertise in content creation and campaign optimization.
  4. Maintain a robust content calendar, strategize content pieces, and ensure approvals for our digital presence.
  5. Liaise with agencies to guarantee accurate and engaging content across all digital platforms.
  6. Manage digital assets, ensuring proper upkeep of social media handles, creative libraries, and brand collaterals.
  7. Raise lead conversion rates by effectively calling and following up with leads, tracking conversions, and reporting results.
  8. Drive company PR activities to maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging.
  9. Support website updates with fresh events, news, and PR activities.
  10. IDentify opportunities for great content alignment, amplify through suitable channels, and measure campaign performance against established goals.

Requirements:

  • Possess exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate strong content writing and editing abilities, with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and accuracy.
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign development and execution.
  • Able to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Show a keen sense of content trends and creative storytelling.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments, both independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields is required, along with 2+ years of prior work experience in marketing, business development, communications, or similar roles. Prior experience in the relevant industry is mandatory.
