Content Strategy Role Overview

We are seeking an expert content strategist to drive impactful storytelling and engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling narratives and strategic responses to client briefs, aligning with industry best practices and innovative approaches.
  • Promote a mobile-first and concise content agenda, ensuring seamless execution and maximum reach.
  • Evaluate ideas and concepts against established frameworks and strategies, driving informed decision-making.
  • Foster effective collaboration with internal teams, specialist partners, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Serve as a content authority, providing subject matter expertise and guidance to colleagues and clients.
  • Advise on effective content strategies that inform briefs and requirements, driving business growth and success.
  • Assess, develop, and implement tailored content strategies to meet client needs across all touchpoints.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops, facilitating open communication and collaboration.
  • Drive scalable content effectiveness by leveraging industry insights and learnings, ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a strategy role, with a focus on content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, including social media, mobile, search, display, e-commerce, and digital OOH.
  • Expertise in content formats, performance, testing, optimization, and search (SEM-SEO).
  • Knowledge of content publishing and distribution methods and technologies.
  • Ability to interpret multi-channel insight reports and present findings effectively.
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Proven experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
  • A self-motivated individual, able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team structure.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in FMCG, particularly in personal care/skincare, is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing client environment.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player, open-minded, and non-political.
  • Proven ability to lead creative teams and communicate effectively with all levels in the business.
  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.
  • Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
