About the Role:

  • Ensure sales growth through meeting targets consistently.
  • Monitor pipeline conversion rates and implement corrective actions.
  • Organize industry meets to strengthen engagement.
  • Provide structured updates to managers on a regular basis.
  • Collect and share relevant market insights.
  • Work closely with RSM/ASM to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
  • Lead training sessions to enhance contractor skill sets and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
