As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC projects from start to finish. This involves coordinating with clients, conducting site assessments, designing HVAC systems, procuring materials, supervising installations, and ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HVAC projects through all phases, from planning to delivery
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to determine feasibility and optimal solutions
  • Design HVAC systems and develop comprehensive project proposals
  • Procure necessary materials and equipment while maintaining budget constraints
  • Oversee and inspect HVAC installations to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
  • Foster strong relationships with contractors and subcontractors to guarantee successful project outcomes
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues promptly to maintain project momentum
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HVAC project management
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and operation
  • Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools, such as Autodesk Revit or Sketched
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing HVAC installations
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with capacity to adapt to changing project circumstances
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
