Risk Manager Lead of Acquisition and Portfolio


Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the pre-acquisition and post-acquisition activities for mortgage assets to achieve credit risk appetite and enable business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement all credit policies including acquisition, collateral management, and developer approvals.
  • Monitor sourcing mix and portfolio performance across programs, channels, and segments to optimize enablement and protection initiatives.
  • Support strategic initiatives like credit bureau integration and digital initiatives for operational efficiencies.
  • Manage builder and project approval and monitoring related initiatives.
