Job Description:

As a Senior Executive, you will play a key role in assisting on tax advisory matters, preparing tax opinions, undertaking compliances, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Your role requires strong technical knowledge, clarity of concepts, and effective communication skills to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist on tax advisory matters by conducting in-depth research on complex tax situations.
  • Prepare tax opinions/short notes/email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Undertake compliances such as filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, provisioning for income tax, and other tax filings.
  • Assist on tax assessment/litigation proceedings before the assessing officer, other income tax authorities, and higher appellate forums.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and enable areas for on-the-job work requirements.
  • Support system development/enhancement related projects by creating user requirement documents, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing client due diligence/KYC documents for onboarding and risk renewal processes.
Requirements:
  • Graduates/Semi-Qualified C.A/C.S/MBA(Finance) with 1-3 years of experience in Direct Taxation.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge.
  • Clear Concepts.
  • Team Player.
  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills.
  • Persistent and Persuasive.
  • Effective Computer Proficiencies, largely Excel, Word, and PPT.
