Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Execution: Own and manage the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from planning to implementation. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maximizing revenue, customer experience, and brand equity.
  2. Founder's Office Project Management: Directly manage critical projects, oversee program execution, and provide data-backed insights for high-stakes decision-making.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence: Facilitate seamless coordination between business and support functions, lead negotiations, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.
  4. Thought Partnership & Decision Support: Act as a trusted advisor, resolve ambiguity, and apply first-principles problem-solving techniques to drive business outcomes.
  5. Leadership & Team Development: Support leadership effectiveness through coaching, facilitate discussions, and encourage high-performance cultures. Foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams.
  6. Strategic Communication & Brand Representation: Represent the CEO in key industry forums, public events, and stakeholder meetings, positioning the firm as a leader in the real estate industry.
  7. Operational Excellence: Identify process improvements, oversee technology integration, and ensure resource management aligns with company objectives.
  8. Market Trend Analysis: Constantly evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to keep the company ahead of industry shifts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a tier 1 institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning, Chief of Staff, or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, regulations, and key performance metrics.
  • Expertise in corporate strategy, operational planning, and project management within a real estate context.
  • Experience in driving change within real estate organizations, including technology adoption, process optimization, and cultural transformation.
