Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to achieve business objectives, while maintaining alignment between all parts of our supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business performance. They will also be responsible for coaching managers to develop teams at all levels, providing expert loss & waste leadership and coaching to operational teams, and participating in improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.

The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for practice maturity assessments, developing and implementing a Practice Maturity improvement strategy for the site, and conducting regular assessments.

  • Develop and drive the implementation of the site master plan
  • Lead change management processes within the department
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of our supply chain
  • Ensure effective implementation of practices across the site
