  As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. With expertise in operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation, you will drive profitability improvement by leveraging your analytical skills to develop current state assessments and suggest actionable savings opportunities.

  Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with client stakeholders, analyzing spend data to create project deliverables, conducting research into various markets and industries, developing process maps to identify gaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to draft and release Request for Proposals (RFPs). You will also support suppliers during bid evaluation and selection, evaluating pricing proposals to identify cost reduction levers and drafting negotiation strategy presentations.

  To succeed in this role, you will need 1-4 years of experience in a consulting firm or industry, with specific expertise in operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement. A start-up mentality, comfort with ambiguity, and an ownership-driven mindset are essential. You must also possess excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and utilize presentation and interpersonal skills daily.

  • Proven problem-solving and time management ability
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to create complex formulas and analyze large data sets)
