What does this role entail?
- Communicating with customers: You'll be making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
- Understanding customer needs: You'll identify sales opportunities and answer potential customers' questions via email.
- Staying informed: You'll keep up with product and service information and updates.
- Maintaining customer records: You'll create and maintain the status of current and potential customers in CRM.
- Demonstrating features: You'll explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
- Staying competitive: You'll stay informed about competing products and services.
- Closing sales: You'll close sales and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: A BE or MCA preferred.
- Inside sales experience: 1-5 years of previous experience in an inside sales position for the US market.
- CRM proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Phone skills: Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
