Executive Director of Power Electronics

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director of Power Electronics to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge power electronics systems.

  • This role will be responsible for defining the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for our power electronics solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of high-efficiency rectifier and DC-DC converter systems (10 kW to >5 MW).
  • Drive innovation in cost-effective, scalable, and high-efficiency power conversion for electrolyzer stacks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power electronics.
  • At least 18 years of industry experience in power electronics, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of AC-DC and DC-DC conversion topologies, especially in multi-kilowatt to multi-megawatt power classes.
  • Hands-on experience with digital control systems, gate drivers, magnetics design, and thermal management.
  • Strong familiarity with grid-connected systems, including solar PV inverters, battery energy storage, or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
