Executive Director Position

This executive-level role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies for power electronics products and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Straegic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement the overall vision and strategy for power electronics products and operations, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
  • Product Development Management:
    • Oversee the entire product development process from concept to release, managing daily operations including project planning, budget approval, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop teams, providing feedback and training to enhance skills and performance.
  • Business Growth:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and achieve business goals, identifying potential risks in programs and providing guidance for mitigation.
  • Market Strategy:
    • Contribute to marketing efforts and support product offerings for specific markets, overseeing documentation of technical specifications, test reports, and patents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics or related field; PhD preferred.
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in R&D / plant operations within the power electronics domain.
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.
  • Skilled in leading organizational development and driving change, possessing excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
