Job Description

The primary function of this role is to oversee the operational aspects of service delivery for press part tooling customers. This involves leading and managing a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and resolving customer complaints in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage service operations for press part tooling customers
  2. Ensure timely execution of AMCs and handle customer complaints
  3. Mentor and guide service engineers and technicians
  4. Evaluate and implement processes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
  5. Collaborate with sales and R&D teams for product enhancements and customer feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in pharma engineering and tooling industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Effective communication and customer relationship skills
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance
