Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Lead to join our team. This role requires an experienced professional who can drive business growth by delivering strategic SCM solutions.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing complex SCM projects, developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Proven track record of leading SCM projects and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Expertise in managing and developing high-performing SCM teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with Oracle SCM tools and technologies, preferably in an EBS or Cloud Application implementation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic SCM plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage SCM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align SCM strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure effective SCM operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with SCM operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve SCM processes and optimize business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in SCM, preferably in an EBS or Cloud Application implementation environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex SCM projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Expertise in managing and developing high-performing SCM teams, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities, with a flexible and agile mindset.
