Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager

Our Role:

  • Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials, assembly materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), and consumables on the shop floor according to production plans.
  • Issue materials from various warehouses to production using different material handling equipment such as automated guided vehicles (AGV), forklifts, and conveyors.
  • Allocate manpower for kitting, de-palletizing, palletizing, packing, material issuance, internal scrap movement, and other tasks.
  • Ensure zero stock variance through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis.
  • Move various scrap (hazardous and non-hazardous) to designated areas.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as production planning, process, maintenance, quality, information technology (IT) contractors, supply chain management (SCM), and others to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure required entries and documents are maintained in SAP according to standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to industry standards.
  • Maintain and issue PPE and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the right materials are delivered to production at the right time and in the right place.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to avoid production stoppages due to material unavailability.
