Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Professional

You are a detail-oriented and data-driven supply chain professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

We seek someone who proactively manages supply chain operations with a focus on process improvement, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of tools and cross-functional coordination, ensuring that all aspects are well managed.

Process Development & Compliance Management
  1. Draft, review, and update operational procedures aligned with regulatory standards to ensure processes meet audit requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Project Management
  1. Identify and execute projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing to minimize SCM costs.
  2. Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
  1. Analyze and report on core supply chain KPIs such as lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, and supplier performance.
  2. Develop dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools to inform business decisions.
Procurement & Supplier Management
  1. Support the procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  2. Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  2. Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.
