Job Description

As a senior product control professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

You will be responsible for daily product control activities, including formal PL production, balance sheet review and allocations, and responding to queries from stakeholders.

Additionally, you will assist with month-end work, including general ledger substantiation, reconciliation of reported P&L to ledger, and analytical review & commentary.

Other responsibilities include improving and challenging existing controls and processes, involvement in new business approval process, and providing coverage for Controllers Team.

Able to prioritize workload to meet daily and monthly deadlines. Proven history of improving controls and P&L production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Product Control Activities
  • Month End Work Including General Ledger Substantiation
  • Improving and Challenging Existing Controls and Processes
  • Providing Coverage for Controllers Team
Requirements:
  • Prior 3 -4 years of product control experience in Financial Services required
  • Experience with Securitized Products and associated Financing activities specific to the product set required
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Effective written and oral communication skills including presenting reliably to senior leadership
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data
