Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Control professional to manage daily and month-end results. As a Product Controller, you will be responsible for performing timely and accurate calculations, verifications, and reporting.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging role in product control. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate accounting, P&L attribution, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform timely and accurate calculation, verification, and reporting of Daily and Month-end results.
  • Ensure accurate Accounting in line with USGAAP/IFRS and make necessary adjustments where required.
  • Ensure accurate P&L Attribution and Hypo submissions for daily P&L.
  • Ensure booking of Trades into correct Trading/Banking books in line with FRTB requirements.
  • Undertake critical reviews of P&L and Balance Sheet to highlight significant items to onshore teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Control with a strong technical knowledge of Financing/Credit products.
  • Experience in USGAAP accounting skills for complex transactions and Basel 3 rules and regulations.
  • Proven self-starter showing initiative to address issues as they arise and confidence in analyzing and presenting complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication skill for effective interaction with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong control mind set, and ability to ask questions, challenge the status quo and suggest changes and re-invent processes.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in USGAAP/IFRS accounting standards.
  • Knowledge of Basel 3 rules and regulations.
  • Experience with Financial Reporting Tools.
