Job Title: Production Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Quality Control Manager to oversee quality control processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that materials meet specified standards before entering the production line by conducting thorough inspections and tests.
  • Monitor hygiene, storage conditions, and handling of raw materials to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Verify batch documentation and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high-quality products.
  • Conduct online product testing, including bulk density, viscosity, and raw material checks, to guarantee consistency and quality.
  • E nsure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Online Inspections, and relevant food safety regulations during all processes to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Inspect pre-mixing, blending, and ingredient formulation processes to identify any potential issues or deviations.
  • Perform routine laboratory tests on ingredients before and after processing to ensure compliance with nutritional and microbiological standards.
  • Identify deviations and take corrective/preventive actions to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to optimize formulations and improve product quality.
  • Train production staff on quality and hygiene best practices to maintain a high level of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • M.Sc/M.Tech in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology
  • 3-4 years of experience in Quality control
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Strong knowledge of quality testing methods and equipment
  • Understanding of regulatory guidelines (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, etc.)
