Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our marketplace business.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive plan to achieve revenue targets, promote our product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and proposing system improvements to attain business objectives.
  • Establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand B2C marketplace and B2B SAAS solutions in India and global markets.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with start-ups, driving P&L, revenue top line, operations, strategic planning, and relationship management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. A full-time MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
