Job Title: Support Specialist (Voice Process)

Job Description

As a Support Specialist in the Voice Process, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries via inbound/outbound calls and emails within defined SLAs. You will record interactions using client systems with proper classification and follow up on closures to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work on rotational shifts, extended hours, and weekly offs, and must be comfortable with frequent changes in your schedule. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and excellent communication skills are necessary. Fluency in spoken and written English with effective business communication is essential.

You should have active listening and probing skills, as well as basic knowledge of insurance. Analytical skills are also required for this role.
