About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Analyst. As part of this role, you will be responsible for onboarding applications and ensuring seamless integration with our Identity Governance platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new applications and configure relevant settings
  • Collaborate with application owners to understand their system requirements and ensure successful integration
  • Gather information necessary for IAM processes within each application
  • Coordinate with internal engineers to develop custom integrations as needed
  • Assist in testing and validation of custom developments
  • Maintain accurate statuses for all onboarded applications
  • Work closely with multiple application teams simultaneously
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 7-9 years' experience working in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst
  • Updated identity mapping and source/target application configuration skills
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM provisioning
  • Proven ability to administer, implement, and support SailPoint-based identity and access management solutions
  • Strong understanding of RBAC analysis and implementation
  • Ability to launch certification campaigns and follow up on remediation processes
  • Skills in developing forms, identity triggers, quick links, rules, email templates, and creating custom reports
  • Experience working with Life Cycle Management features like Joiner Event, Leaver Event, and Manager Transfer Event
  • Success in onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC, Delimited File, Logical, Active Directory, and LDAP applications
