As a seasoned Head of Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our company's compliance functions. With a strong background in corporate governance and risk management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance, from statutory filings to internal audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • CORPORATE GOVERNANCE: Provide expert guidance to the board of directors on matters of corporate governance, ensuring efficient and ethical operations.
  • REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.
  • RISK MANAGEMENT: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks across the organization, developing and implementing robust internal policies and procedures.
  • STATUTORY FILINGS: Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all regulatory documents and returns with authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Mandatory qualified Company Secretary (CS). A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a strong advantage.
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior compliance, corporate secretarial, or governance role. Must have experience working in a listed company and handling M&A compliance.
  • LEGAL & FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE: In-depth knowledge of Indian corporate laws, financial regulations, accounting standards, and taxation.

This role requires exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills to effectively advise the board and management on all matters related to compliance and corporate governance.
