Job Overview

  • A business operations specialist is required to manage vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and support the smooth operation of processes.

About the Role:

  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor performance, service level agreements, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (desired).
  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Enterprise Resource Planning tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
