Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Corporate Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expansion in the wine industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, and driving distribution increases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined territory of key groups and accounts
  • Build effective relationships with customers through regular business reviews and customer submissions
  • Negotiate, close, and manage contracts to drive sales growth
  • Develop business plans for key groups and accounts to drive sales and revenue
  • Liaise with legal department when preparing agreements
  • Track customer spend in line with agreements
  • Set and achieve agreed sales and cycle objectives
  • Target customer base with promotions to ensure sales targets are achieved

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, BDM, BDE, or institutional sales
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to negotiate contracts
  • Ability to analyze finance data and prepare customer submissions
  • Knowledge of wine industry trends and market conditions
