Job Description

About This Role

  • As a Performance Improvement Specialist, you are expected to drive business value by developing a deep understanding of our organization's operations and identifying areas for process improvement.
  • You will engage with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations to understand their pain points and develop solutions that enhance revenue assurance and compliance.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to prevent revenue risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements is a key aspect of this role.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in process optimization and providing guidance to teams on quality control measures is also a critical responsibility.
  • You will be responsible for creating documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
  • Supporting workstream leads in the successful implementation of programs requires strong project management skills and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Monitoring process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous efficiency improvements through system enhancements, automation, or process changes is an ongoing task.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Experience in driving sales operations, business operations, or revenue assurance preferably in B2B services organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply first principles thinking in complex situations.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience, with a background in Finance or Management (prior experience in internal controls/internal audit is preferred but not mandatory).
  • Exposure to project management, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales processes and Sales productivity tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Contracting tools) is a plus but not essential.
