Senior Software Development Specialist

Job Description :

  • Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including architecture and conceptual design, requirements analysis, high-level design, detailed design, coding, unit test, integration and system testing, user and performance level testing.
  • Customize BASE24 using TAL, prepare unit test plans, and perform unit testing.
  • Interface with other technical and development teams to develop solutions for clients' processing systems.
  • Proactively monitor production health, look for production system improvements, and ensure production stability.
  • Perform fixes, development projects, and compliance mandates from schemes.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end development ensuring quality, clarity, depth, and attention to overall project scope.
  • Support SIT and UAT testing for Base24 development projects.
  • Certify testing for schemes and new institutes.
  • Track and close defects.
  • Handle technical discussions with both external and internal teams.
  • Conduct daily and weekly status meetings.
  • Comply with customer quality standards.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java.
  • Experience with customizing software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
