Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafeterias, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with our organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of our digitized platform, promoting its benefits and convenience to food partners.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to update menu items, coordinate changes on the ordering APP, and ensure timely push notifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food partner facilities, enforcing health and safety standards and reporting incidents.
  • Foster a positive work culture, gathering feedback from employees and clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Tech-savviness with basic computer knowledge, integrity, and honesty.
  • Ability to lead and manage food partner employees, with self-motivation and initiative-taking skills.
  • A minimum of 0-1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or a related field.
