- Inspections are performed regularly (PP meetings, Pilot Run, Inline, Pre-final, and Final) for each style, ensuring compliance with fabric inspections and durability tests.">
- Achieving targets is crucial: zero short shipments due to quality issues, no rejections at the quality center, minimal claims from customers, and timely shipments.">
- Effective communication is key, involving verbal and written means with relevant parties.">
Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining accurate records of product specifications and testing results.">
- Identifying areas for improvement in quality processes and implementing corrective actions.">
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.">
- Providing training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices.">
Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar capacity (Factory/Buying Office).">
- Implementation of corrective action programs.">
