Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled financial manager to oversee the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, providing strategic guidance to senior leadership, and ensuring the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Financial Reporting: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive review.
- Cost Control and Profit Maximization: Identify areas of cost savings and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Tax Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulations, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate audits.
- Accounting and Auditing: Maintain general ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Cost Center Oversight: Oversee and manage various cost centers, including government grants within the finance scope.
- Facilitating Financial Discussions: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders on financial matters, provide updates, and answer questions.
- Delivering Insights to Leadership: Present financial information to senior management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning, and management.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
