Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead our company's financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing financial teams, driving growth, and improving financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, finance teams, and other stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of financial processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, finance teams, and other stakeholders.
