Senior Wireless Firmware Engineer

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wireless Firmware Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing SW/FW to enable advanced Wireless WAN features and end-to-end solutions with a focus on layer-1 (PHY layer) functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in wireless communication systems, digital signal processing, and software engineering.
  • Prior experience in DSP processor programming and working with large codebases is highly desirable.
  • The selected individual will work closely with our team to push the boundaries of next-generation wireless technology.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement SW/FW for advanced Wireless WAN features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test end-to-end solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software components.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Software Engineering experience on Embedded Platforms.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with wireless protocols (5G/LTE, Wi-Fi) and layer 1 (PHY and RF) functions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mastery of wireless communication theory and digital signal processing.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and computer architecture.
  • Software architecture and process expertise.
  • Prior experience in working with large codebases and embedded platforms.
