Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end loan processing operations for India branches and servicing activities.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency while adhering to regulatory requirements.

A key aspect of this position is developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including compliance teams and overseas branches.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the candidate will be responsible for supporting developmental projects and ensuring timely submission of reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end loan processing operations for India branches and servicing activities.
  • Lead a high-performing team, driving process improvements and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support developmental projects and ensure timely submission of reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in managing loan operations.
  • Strong PC skills, with expertise in MS Office.
  • Extensive experience in loan products, static data maintenance, and customer data management.
  • Hands-on experience in managing stakeholders, governance, and toll gates.
  • Familiarity with various system applications used for lending.
  • Flexible in working in shifts.
  • Exposure to India-related regulatory guidelines and financial regulations.
  • Graduate and/or postgraduate degree.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
