This position is responsible for designing gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees in client organisations.

We are looking for an individual who can create engaging and immersive learning experiences that bring lasting change in learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, be interested in behavioural skills development, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with high ambiguity.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing board games and virtual games for learning (serious games).
  • Authoring content for learning games, group processes and interactive case simulations.
  • Writing scenarios, cases, and scripts for engaging and immersive learning experiences.
  • Customizing content on the basis of learning need analysis with clients.

Requirements:

  • BA/MA degree in Psychology, Information Design, Game Design or Communication.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to write, edit and proof-read quality written content for various mediums.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in instructional design, e-learning development or related field.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design models.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
