We are seeking an accomplished Product Design Director to spearhead our digital retail solutions and drive design excellence.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in B2C or B2B2C products. They should possess expertise in user-centered design principles and have a proven track record of delivering high-fidelity UI designs, interaction models, and design systems for large-scale products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality design assets, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple automotive brands.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
  • Mentor and coach a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in product design with a focus on B2C or B2B2C products.
  • Strong understanding of service design methodologies and their application in end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Portfolio showcasing high-fidelity UI designs, interaction models, and design systems for large-scale B2C products.
  • Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools for tracking, managing, and optimizing workflows effectively.
