Job Opportunity: Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer / Technical Consultant to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Salesforce applications and solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Triggers.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Ensure the quality and maintainability of code through debugging, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Basic experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages and standard modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with strong communication skills.
