**Job Title:** Salesforce CPQ Analyst/Developer

A seasoned professional with strong technical skills is required to bridge business needs and delivery. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive adoption of sales features while ensuring best practices.

  • Analyze complex requirements, define project scope, and identify knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions aligned with sales processes like quoting, pricing, contracts, order management, billing, and provisioning.
  • Support user adoption through training and continuous process improvements.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including user acceptance testing, and manage epics, features, and stories in agile development tools.
  • Identify downstream impacts (billing, provisioning, revenue recognition) and maintain an iterative backlog.
  • Oversee releases and ensure compliance with regulatory principles and software development life cycle guidelines.

**Requirements:

  • 5-6 years' experience in implementing sales platforms with expertise in quote-to-cash processes.
  • Deep understanding of relational databases, cloud-based systems, and integration technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology and version control systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science or engineering.
