About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our AI training programs, providing expert-level instruction and strategic curriculum development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and experience in instructional design.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Delivery

  • Develop and deliver engaging AI training sessions for diverse audiences, leveraging interactive methodologies and tools.
  • Cultivate expertise in both teaching and virtual training environments.

Curriculum Development

  • Collaborate with experts to design and develop comprehensive AI course materials.
  • Ensure up-to-date training content by incorporating emerging trends and technologies.

Trainer Development

  • Mentor junior trainers, fostering their growth and improving teaching techniques.
  • Implement train-the-trainer programs to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.

Quality Assurance

  • Evaluate and update training materials based on feedback and emerging AI trends.
  • Maintain high standards of training quality and learning outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering technical training programs, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and/or data science.
  • Proven experience in curriculum design and instructional methodologies.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in AI tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and other AI technologies.
