Job Description

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team of experts in building and optimizing cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex work.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled software engineer with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms. You should have a strong background in either AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering, and experience with modern Python microservices, distributed AI workloads, and Kubernetes orchestration.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing products that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Building and optimizing data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Creating robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.

Additionally, we are looking for candidates who are familiar with the AI Agent Stack and have recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science.
  • Strong background in either AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, distributed AI workloads, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Familiarity with the AI Agent Stack.
  • Recent demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
