Storage Infrastructure Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee our enterprise storage infrastructure team. As a Storage Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and resilient storage solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement storage architecture to meet business needs, ensuring high performance, security, and compliance.
  • Lead daily operations of storage platforms, including capacity planning, backup, archiving, and retention strategies.
  • Manage hybrid and cloud storage platforms, including data migrations, integrations, and lifecycle policies.
  • Implement storage-level security measures, such as encryption, access control, and audit logging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise storage systems, including NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage, and HPE.
  • In-depth understanding of storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB) and data protection strategies.
  • Familiarity with hybrid and cloud storage solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience implementing compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001) in storage environments.
  • Solid grasp of ITIL practices, risk management, and governance frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetApp Certified (NCDA/NCIE), Dell EMC Proven Professional, HPE ASE/MASE, or Pure Storage Certification.
  • ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification.
  • Project Management (PMP/Prince2) certification.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) desirable.
